- Conduct quality system audit as per ISO3834/EN1090
- Review welding procedure specification (WPS) and welding procedure qualification record (WPQR)
- Review welder or welding operator certificates
- Review visual and NDT inspector qualification certificates
- Review Initial Type Testing (ITT) and Declaration of Performance (DoP)
- Issue EN1090 certificate
